1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States: All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Military Addresses: APO/FPO/DPO locations.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping but are exploring opportunities to expand our delivery reach in the future.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Coverage: Available for all eligible destinations.
Expedited Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Recommended For: Faster delivery at an additional cost.
Overnight Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 1 business day (orders must be placed by 12 PM CST for same-day processing).
- Coverage: Available for select locations with additional fees.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- The shipping method selected.
- The weight and dimensions of the package.
- The destination address.
Free Shipping:
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts and before taxes).
For orders below $75, the shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at additional charges.

- Once an order is shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
Packages returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

We gladly ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Delivery times may be slightly longer for these locations.
- Expedited and overnight shipping options may not be available for P.O. boxes and military addresses.

If your package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address.
- Delivery refusal by the recipient.
We will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
