1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Return Window: You may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and documentation included.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide the order number or receipt when initiating a return or exchange.
- Non-returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sale items or discounted products
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Opened or used home textiles (such as bedding, pillows, and towels)
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

2️⃣ Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Authorization along with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
3️⃣ Return Shipment: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and send them to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item meets the return conditions, we will process your return or exchange within 5-7 business days.
3. Refunds
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during your purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
- Replacement Items: Indicate the replacement item in your return request, and we will arrange for an exchange, subject to availability.
- Out-of-stock Items: If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If the item you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@zorasonali.com.
- Proof of Damage: Provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with the packaging to assist with the return or replacement process.
- Return Shipping: For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. International Returns
- Customs and Import Duties: Customers outside of the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.
- Return Shipping Costs: International customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
